The only items candidates are required to provide are a dedicated, quiet, and secure workspace and high-speed internet!Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming TILT Billing Services client and patient calls with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.Assist patients in making payments over the phone, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and securely.Post insurance payments by hand and via ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice).Post and apply patient payments while maintaining precise account records.Support billing team members with audits, reports, and documentation as needed.Identify and communicate payment posting trends or issues to the billing team.Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards.Perform other duties as assigned to support billing operations.Qualifications12 years of experience in customer service, billing, or administrative support (medical billing experience a plus, but not required).Excellent communication skills with a calm, professional, and patient-focused demeanor.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and payment handling.Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected with the team.Comfort using technology and learning new billing or payment systems.A growth mindset and desire to build a career in medical billing and patient services.Why Join TILTAt TILT Technology, we invest in our people.
