ABOUT THE ROLE

• Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial, industrial and similar ground-up or renovation builds. This is ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of experience looking to take the next step in their construction career.
• Manage retail construction projects valued between $5M and $20M
• Oversee all project phases from pre-construction to closeout
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Maintain project budgets, schedules, and reporting
• Monitor jobsite progress through regular communication and site visits
• Support field operations and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively
• Foster strong working relationships with project stakeholders
• Participate in change order management and contract administration
