  • ETWs will be assisting with standard monthly close / forecast, ad hoc analysis
  • This role supports the business and tech side of the SEC program; these ETWs will work on a direct team of 5 (FinOps), but will also work cross functionally with various levels of leadership
  • This position will support global tech teams, supply chain teams, and finance teams
  • Candidates can expect 2 rounds of interviews
  • SUMMARY

    The nature of the work is focused on the monetary affairs of the company. Participates in the timely, accurate, and efficient administration of the appropriate financial system to ensure accurate financial statements, appropriate internal controls, compliance with policies and delivery of value added information. Completes system documentation including standardized work instructions and operating procedures are up to date and available for all users. Ensures appropriate security access of end users to the applications supported consistent with policies. Perform periodic validation of system security to ensure compliance to policy. Ensures that there is appropriate training to business users of the systems supported and administrated. Provides advanced training as ""lead expert / super users"" to ""power users"". Participates in the preparation of timely and insightful financial ""lead expert / super users"" to ""power users"". Participates in the preparation of timely and insightful financial reporting of pertinent information to allow analysis of progress against strategic plan, budget and forecast, and to ensure integrity of the financial statements.
