Hospitality Manager

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.

Ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction.

Manage inventory, food costs, and overall restaurant expenses.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
