Responsibilities • Receive phone calls from clients for helping them to solve problems • Reach out to clients to collect feedback related to our products • Relay findings to Product Development Team to foster improvement of products and services • Build and maintain professional relationships between the company and clients Requirements • Customer service experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish or Chinese language proficiency a plus. • Background in consumer products is a plus, and/or interest in e-bikes and/or outdoor gear such as solar panels • Must know your way around a computer and typical business software • Confident, professional decorum when interacting with clients on the phone and through email Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 per hour Schedule: • Monday to Friday Compensation: $20.00 per hour Nightsea is a subsidiary of Sailvan Times.
