A company is looking for a Software Support Analyst I.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide effective software support to clients and customers, handling incoming and outbound calls and managing the Salesforce helpdesk queue
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, performing both basic and advanced problem replication
Contribute to the maintenance of the knowledge base and escalate complex issues to second-tier analysts as needed
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
One to two years of experience in software support, with prior helpdesk experience preferred
Knowledge of software support methodologies and / or the post-acute healthcare industry is preferred
Basic computer skills and ability to work in a team environment
Home health or clinical experience is a plus
