Now Hiring: Associate Licensed Therapist (LPCA or LMSW)

Are you passionate about helping people heal, grow, and reclaim their potential?

Do you feel inspired to support neurodivergent individuals or those recovering from trauma?

Are you excited to learn innovative, brain-based therapies that can transform the healing process?

At The Center for NeuroPotential, we believe therapy is more than a service — it’s a partnership in healing. We’re a mission-driven, collaborative team dedicated to providing trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming care. Through tools like neurofeedback and evidence-based interventions, we help clients build the lives they deserve.

And as part of our team, you’ll be supported, trained, and encouraged every step of the way.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

🌟 Innovative Tools & Training – Grow your expertise in brain-based therapies, including neurofeedback (no prior experience needed — we train you!)

🤝 Supportive, Team-Centered Environment – Work within a collaborative culture that values mentorship, consultation, and shared success

🌱 Career Development – Build advanced clinical skills that set you apart in the field

🌍 Hybrid Flexibility – Provide both in-person and telehealth sessions

💛 Mission-Driven Work – Join a team trusted nationwide for compassionate, expert care

Your Role

As an Associate Licensed Therapist, you’ll support a diverse caseload of approximately 25 clients, including children, teens, and adults navigating trauma or neurodivergence. You’ll provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy in a hybrid setting, using approaches that go beyond traditional talk therapy.

You won’t be doing this work alone — you’ll be surrounded by a team that values collaboration, growth, and shared purpose.

Who We’re Looking For

We’d love to meet you if you are:

  • A compassionate, dedicated LPCA or LMSW excited about long-term growth with our team
  • Eager to help clients succeed by conducting thoughtful phone assessments and connecting them to the best-fit care
  • Passionate about integrating neurofeedback and trauma-focused therapies into your clinical work
  • Ready to contribute to a warm, supportive team that celebrates both client success and clinician development

Ready to Grow With Us?

If you're excited to step into meaningful work, expand your clinical toolkit, and join a team that’s redefining mental health care, we want to meet you.

👉 Apply now to begin your journey with The Center for NeuroPotential.

Together, we’ll help clients — and you — reach their highest potential.

Compensation:
