Planned Activity Project Manager

Our client, Siemens, a global leader in medical technology, is seeking a Planned Activity Project Manager to join their team. As a Planned Activity Project Manager, you will be part of the Service Delivery Department, supporting multiple business lines and customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Planned Activity Project Manager Location : 221 Gregson Drive, Cary, NC Pay rate : $33.50 / hr. Shifts Available :

  • 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
  • 9 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM
  • 10 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM

What's The Job?

  • Manage all preventative maintenance and mandatory updates in accordance with contractual obligations and due dates
  • Respond to incoming customer requests and proactively schedule planned activities
  • Coordinate with customers to meet engagement milestones and ensure room availability
  • Adjust to shifting priorities and reschedule work as needed with internal and external partners
  • Provide regular reports by researching, documenting, and presenting findings
  • What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to independently manage semi-complex to complex projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • SAP knowledge is a plus but not required
