Planned Activity Project Manager

Our client, Siemens, a global leader in medical technology, is seeking a Planned Activity Project Manager to join their team. As a Planned Activity Project Manager, you will be part of the Service Delivery Department, supporting multiple business lines and customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
9 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM
10 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM

What's The Job?

Manage all preventative maintenance and mandatory updates in accordance with contractual obligations and due dates

Respond to incoming customer requests and proactively schedule planned activities

Coordinate with customers to meet engagement milestones and ensure room availability

Adjust to shifting priorities and reschedule work as needed with internal and external partners

Provide regular reports by researching, documenting, and presenting findings

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Ability to independently manage semi-complex to complex projects

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

SAP knowledge is a plus but not required
