Your Role with CARE

As an HVAC Technician at AllTech Services, you're not just maintaining systemsyou're advancing energy-efficient comfort solutions that make a lasting difference. You'll install, service, and repair geothermal heating and cooling systems while living out our CARE values :

Curiosity Diagnose, repair, and optimize geothermal HVAC systems while staying current with evolving technologies, tools, and methods that improve efficiency and performance.

Ambition Educate homeowners about geothermal benefits, system upgrades, and energy savings. Always look for opportunities to enhance value and sustainability.

Responsibility Follow industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices to ensure reliable, high-quality geothermal installations and service.

Empathy Listen to customer concerns and provide honest, thoughtful solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and peace of mind.

What We're Looking For :

3+ years of residential HVAC experience (geothermal experience required)

EPA Certification II or Universal (NATE preferred but not required)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with geothermal heat pumps and loop systems

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused mindset

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces, trenches, and on ladders
