Job descriptionOversee daily department operations, workload flow, and staff assignments. Manage employee issues, including time and attendance, hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions. Monitor dashboards and reports to ensure staff availability and productivity. Complete weekly statistical reports and daily collection reports. Review and maintain Quality Review scores for staff performance. Handle escalated and overflow calls as needed. Foster a positive work environment and support staff development through coaching and performance evaluation. Collaborate with leadership on new processes, technologies, and service initiatives. Associate's degree preferred. Managerial experience with hiring, termination, and performance evaluation. Ability to make tactical decisions around work allocation using established guidelines and procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling / payroll systems. Strong telephonic, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task and manage conflict in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of information security and electronic documentation systems. Commitment to effective customer service, integrity, and teamwork. Come get Swoon’d!!
