Job Description
ECU Health and The Outer Banks Hospital in Nags Head, NC, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to help pick up shifts in the Emergency Department. New providers will need to come in the day before schedule for orientation. Need as soon as credentialed.

Inpatient only - will only accept candidates with ED inpatient experience within the last 12 months
Established team of 6 physicians and 3 Nurse Practitioners / Physician Assistants
18 acute care medical-surgical beds, 2 labor and delivery / recovery beds, 1 level II nursery bed and 3 operating rooms, a designated caesarian section room, and a 24-hour emergency department
Specialty consultation available including general surgery, orthopedics, cardiology, and telestroke
BLS, ACLS, and PALS / APLS certifications required (through American Heart Association)
