🩺 About the Role

As a Pediatric RN , you’ll provide direct, hands-on care in the home setting, ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being for children with complex medical needs. You’ll collaborate closely with families to deliver care that is both clinically sound and emotionally supportive .

Core Responsibilities :

Deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care to pediatric clients

Administer medications, monitor vitals, and manage medical equipment (e.g., G-tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators)

Identify changes in condition and respond appropriately

Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and caregivers

Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately

Support families through education and empowerment

✅ Qualifications :

Active RN license in New York State (required)

Pediatric experience preferred , but strong interest and willingness to learn are welcome

BLS and PALS certifications (preferred)

Familiarity with pediatric home care technology is a plus

Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and empathy

Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

Must be able to commute to assigned home care cases in NYC

📍 Locations & Schedule :

In-person care in Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island, Manhattan and The Bronx

Daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available

Part-time and per diem roles | 16–40 hours / week
