Must-Have Skills :

• 11+ years building and maintaining advanced MS Access databases (normalized table structures, complex queries, forms, reports) with expert VBA skills for automation.
• 11+ years in relational database design, ER modeling, schema refactoring, and translating Access models into scalable SQL schemas.
• Proven experience migrating legacy databases to major cloud SQL services (Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, AWS RDS) and configuring ETL / integration pipelines (SSIS, Azure Data Factory, AWS DMS).
