Mitigation Coordinator

The Mitigation Coordinator plays a central role in supporting daily mitigation operations. This individual will manage job documentation, coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors, and follow up with insurance carriers and homeowners to ensure timely project progression and payment collection.

Key responsibilities include :

• Answering incoming calls, accepting new job losses, and entering new direct call in EMS jobs.
• Getting a clear description of EMS jobs scope and scheduling services.
• Accurately inputting logs, notes, and job documentation into MICA and other systems.
• Uploading and organizing job photos, ensuring clear and complete visual documentation.
• Reviewing and tracking job progress, daily technician folders, and time entries for accuracy.
• Coordinating testing (asbestos, mold, lead, etc.) and scheduling pack-out and pack-in services with vendors and subcontractors.
• Communicating directly with insurance carriers and homeowners to follow up on outstanding payments or documentation needs.
• Collaborating closely with the mitigation manager, project managers, and technicians to ensure all phases of the job are documented and progressing according to plan.
• Maintaining compliance with Paul Davis Restoration protocols, industry standards, and insurance requirements.
• Assisting with crew scheduling and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participating in a rotating on-call schedule to support after-hours emergencies as needed.

Qualifications :

Compensation : $55,000.00 per year
