Logistics Specialist

Location : South Charlotte

Job Type : Full-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt

Pay : $20.00 $24.00 / HR

Overview :

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Specialist to become an integral part of our operations team. In this position, you will oversee the flow of materials, manage inventory, prepare shipments, and help maintain a well-organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to perform efficiently in a fast-moving setting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and merchandise.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment.
  • Keep precise inventory records and perform routine cycle counts.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues regarding inventory levels and shipping updates.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for long periods.
  • Comfortable using warehouse management software and basic computer applications.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
