Our Ford Product Development Digital Transformation team is searching for an experienced and dynamic Global Vehicle Virtual Validation Manager that will shape our future strategy and then deliver our next generation digital engineering solutions for our designers, engineers, and functional partners. Digital transformation is reshaping Ford at an unprecedented pace.

This leader will enable integrating next generation technology innovations, new business process solutions, and organization workforce development toward rapidly improve engineering efficiency, vehicle quality, and program delivery.

Qualifications

You'll have…

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology Required
• Experience in developing, executing, and operating Virtual Validation business processes, systems / tools, and engineering capabilities preferred
• Experience leading a global product development design team and successfully delivering on vehicle development process milestones preferred
• Knowledge in Dassault Systems Software and / or Siemens Digital Industrial Software for Studio, PLM, BOM, CAD, CAE, MOD / SIM, Configuration, Change, and VIS digital engineering tools preferred
• Knowledge of Agile Software Development and Project Management
• Familiarity with how to use Jira to manage and deliver projects in an agile fashion
• Understanding of vehicle systems and architecture, automotive candidates preferred
• Growth mind set, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
