Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-Motivation : Highly motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Customer-Focused : Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Tech-Savvy : Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Key Responsibilities :
- Client Management : Maintain and nurture relationships with an existing base of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Growth : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the roofing industry, focusing on expanding the company's market presence.
- Product Knowledge : Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's roofing products and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Support : Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline.
