About the Role

Were seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Transactions Paralegal to join our Legal Department on a contract basis. This role supports the Commercial Transactions team by reviewing, drafting, and organizing contracts and related documentation. Youll play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations and compliance, working closely with attorneys and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and edit various commercial agreements (vendor, service, supply, licensing, confidentiality).
• Support attorneys in managing the contract lifecycle : intake, review, redlines, negotiation, and execution.
• Maintain contract templates, playbooks, and resources.
• Track key contract terms, obligations, and deadlines.
• Conduct legal and business research on relevant commercial and regulatory topics.
• Coordinate with internal teams for due diligence and information gathering.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives.
• Prepare correspondence, summaries, and reports.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics.
• Monitor shared inboxes and triage incoming requests.
• Develop and update department forms, checklists, and reference materials.
