Job description

We are seeking a Pediatric Anesthesiologist for a 30-day locum tenens assignment in California starting Dec 22, 2025. This role offers day shifts from 6 : 30 am to 2 : 30 pm with sporadic scheduling, including holiday and weekend call coverage as needed. The assignment involves direct management of pediatric anesthesia cases, with the option for supervision if required.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage anesthesia care for pediatric patients
  • Handle own pediatric anesthesia cases independently
  • Provide on-call coverage for pediatric cases as assigned
  • Participate in weekend and holiday call as needed
  • Remain open to supervision if required

    • Additional Information

  • Must have active California medical license
  • Fellowship training and significant experience in pediatric anesthesia required
  • Required certifications : Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), Advanced Pediatric Life Support (APLS), Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Board certifications in Anesthesiology and Pediatric Anesthesiology required
