COMPENSATION : $21.98 - $25.83 - Home Office Grade 2

THE OPPORTUNITY

YES Prep needs a dynamic Coordinator of Student Application Strategy with a robust set of experiences, to make our mission a reality. As a YES Prep employee, you will achieve jaw-dropping results, create pathways to opportunity for our students, and build transformative relationships.

To put it simply, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of student recruitment, outreach, and application campaigns. This position will focus on managing systems and processes that ensure a seamless experience for prospective families—ranging from interest form collection to application tracking. The Coordinator will also help operationalize community engagement plans and support cross-functional collaboration to reach enrollment goals, especially for new and under-enrolled campuses.
