Job description

Exciting opportunity for Labor and Delivery / Obstetric RNs to join our Family Birthplace Team! We are an LDRP facility, so all Family Birthplace RN's provide post-partum care. Valley View is a Baby-Friendly Hospital!

This is a full-time, night-shift position with rotating weekends! $10,000 sign on bonus!!

Our Family Birthplace team of nurses are passionate about neonatal care! We work with the state collaborative to stay up to date on evidenced based practice .

FBP- Baby-Friendly hospital. A baby-friendly hospital supports successful breastfeeding and skin-to-skin contact for the best start to a healthy life for your baby!

We have around 60 deliveries a month.

Schedule is for 3 12-hour night shifts a week. With rotating weekends.

Requirements :

Current Colorado RN license or eligibility to obtain.
Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS.
Current NRP Certification.
STABLE preferred or obtained within 6 months of hire.

SALARY RANGE

$37.50-$56.23 / hour (BSN)

$36.76 -$54.06 / hour (ADN)

Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set

Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, BSN, MSN

$2.25 / hour evening shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3 : 00pm-11 : 30pm

$4.00 / hour night shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11 : 00pm - 7 : 30am

$4.25 / hour weekend differential when working 5 or more continuous hours between 7pm on Friday and 7am on Sunday.

Annual Bonus based upon organizational and individual performance.

Eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus for those that qualify (2-year commitment required).
