We employ a staff of fun loving service professionals that are as passionate about the food they serve as they are about the dining experience of our guests.
The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in oversight and direction of all aspects of the restaurant’s operations. In the absence of the General Manager, the Assistant Manager may take full responsibility for the operation of the restaurant.
Key responsibility areas include development, training and retention of key employees, team performance, increased sales and profitability and effective cost controls. The General Manager and Assistant Managers work together to ensure the restaurant meets established financial and operating performance goals.
Primary Responsibilites:
- Managing performance of all team members
- Support initiatives to build sales, profitability and guest counts.
- Maintain cost controls
- Monitor completed food product to ensure company standards for presentation, taste and temperature are being met.
- Respond to Guest and Associate comments and criticism in a constructive and positive manner
- Restaurant Administrative duties include maintaining labor efficiencies, ensuring proper levels of service, supporting overall restaurant sales and profitability goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 21yrs of age with – 2-4 yrs in full service restaurant experience
- Good people management skills, communication and listening skills
- Possess time management and organizational skills
- Internally motivated with a passion for teaching others.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
