Responsibilities :
Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.Provide explanations, education, and instructions to patients and their responsible parties.Use sound nursing judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.Promote a healthy workplace by managing conflict with professionalism and clear communication.Meet all core measure responsibilities related to patient care.Participate in ongoing professional education.Maintain complete and accurate medical records.Licenses & Certifications Required :
