Job Description

Lead and manage OSHPD construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines and budgets. Oversee all phases of project planning, including resource allocation and risk management. Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress. Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and address any issues promptly. Prepare and manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Promote a culture of safety and quality across all construction activities. Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering professional growth.
