Senior Enrollment Representative

A company is looking for a Senior Enrollment Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Process health plans and enrollments, including initial mailing and database entry

Conduct audits and provide feedback to enhance processes and performance

Act as a technical resource and facilitator within project teams

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED (or higher)

2+ years of experience with health plan payors, including Medicare and Medicaid

2+ years of experience with compliance workflows and NCQA policies

2+ years of experience with CMS regulations

Intermediate knowledge of provider enrollment systems and proficiency in MS Excel and Word
