Our heavy industry facility is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to bolster our maintenance crew. You will be a pivotal force in maintaining the intricate electrical infrastructure of our large-scale operations. From daily preventative maintenance to complex emergency repairs, your hands-on expertise will keep our production lines running smoothly. Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems on various production equipment, including but not limited to, induction heating units, automated assembly lines, material handling systems, and finishing equipment.
• Execute repairs and rebuilds of electric motors, ensuring optimal performance.
• Work competently with low voltage and high voltage controls up to 480 volts.
• Lay out and install new conduit runs and design electrical cabinet layouts when required.
• Utilize Allen Bradley Rockwell Software (RS Logix 5, RS Logix 500, and RS Linx) for PLC troubleshooting and programming adjustments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all electrical components to extend equipment lifespan and prevent breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed using a computerized maintenance management system.
• Champion workplace safety by strictly adhering to all company policies, including Lock Out / Tag Out procedures.
