Location : Woodridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center

Responsibilities :

• Provide high quality care to sub-acute rehab patients and long-term care patients at Woodridge.
• Participating in quality initiatives, as well as divisional and departmental efforts to improve patient safety, quality of care.
