Looking to support a high-volume Windows 11 upgrade and migration initiative. This group will be responsible for building and delivering up to 120 machines per week, executing Windows 11 upgrades, and supporting the organization through a major "blue migration" effort.
This is a fast-moving, hands-on environment-ideal for candidates who are quick learners, can absorb instructions immediately, troubleshoot efficiently, and adapt quickly when challenges arise. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running and operate with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Build, configure, and deliver devices to upgrade them to Windows 11Support the organization through blue migrations and OS upgrades.Provide day-to-day technical support to employees, including user assistance, system guidance, and issue resolution.Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, phones, printers, peripheral devices, and software.Troubleshoot with minimal supervision-resolve unexpected issues and ensure delivered machines function as expected.Follow documented processes while also adjusting quickly to new challenges.Maintain accurate IT documentation; update and close tickets as required.Assist with various IT projects as assigned.Take thorough notes and absorb instructionsCollaborate with the existing support team, who will be handling machines that do not meet Windows 11 criteria.What This Team Needs

Experience supporting PCs in a Microsoft / Client environment.Strong knowledge of Windows 10 / 11, imaging, and OS migration processes.Experience with Office 365 / O365 Admin / Teams Admin.Knowledge of help desk / ticketing systems.Excellent communication and time-management abilities.Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative IT environment.Minimum Qualifications
5+ year of experience supporting PCs in a Microsoft and environment.Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and organizational abilities.Prior experience in a fast-paced technical support role.
