Outsource is looking for a Low Voltage Estimator for a great company in the Tempe, AZ area. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Low Voltage Estimating experience and a STRONG desire to grow within a stable organization.

Responsibilities

• Survey customer job site to obtain information.
• Work with technical staff to determine required system layout.
• Develop bill of materials. Work with manufacturer reps, suppliers.
• RFP's
• Partner with design team to study drawings in order to develop customer proposals.
• Partner with sales in creating sales order forms.
• Submittals and RFI's.
• Create scope of work and overall project description.
• Monitor open bid market for new potential business opportunities.
• Attend meetings with clients to walk sites, determine scope.
• Meet frequently with owners to review projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Low Voltage Estimating experience required.
• Must have experience with Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Structured Cabling.
• Manufacturer certifications a plus.
• Experience with estimating software.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of low voltage installation practices.
