We are seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Independent Contractors to provide inbound customer support services for our partner client accounts. Contractors will assist customers via phone, chat, and / or email depending on the client program selected.
This is a contract-based role - not an employee position. Contractors maintain control of their schedule, tax responsibility, and business operations.
