Schedule : Monday - Friday, plus weeknight and weekend beeper call Dates needed : Vacation coverage weeks include 11 / 24-28, 12 / 1-5, 12 / 22-26 Setting : Small Community Hospital Shift Times : 5x8s, 4x10s call is not required but ideal Call 1 : 2 for right now Cases : General Surgery, Ortho, Spines, Uro, Endo, limited cardio. (85% Ortho) Patient Care model? % of Supervision : Supervising CRNAs - Must be able to do their own cases if needed.
