Duties : Perform radiographic examinations under the direction of departmental radiologists Greet patients, explain procedures, position patients, and set appropriate exposure factors to obtain quality studies Apply appropriate radiation safety and protection measures to minimize exposure Operate imaging equipment efficiently and effectively; report equipment malfunctions to supervisor Process films and input data into the Radiology Information System (RIS) for documentation and billing Follow departmental procedures and protocols as outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manual Provide radiologic examinations based on referring physician and radiologist needs Qualifications : A.A.S. in Radiologic Technology or equivalent NYS license / registration required Minimum of 1 year CT / MRI experience as a Radiologic Technologist required GE or Toshiba CT experience preferred For more information, contact HumanEdge Health : humanedgealliedhealth.com HumanEdge Travel Healthcare Job ID 12518.
