Assist in a comprehensive HR operation for 500+ Union and Non-Union employees across multiple states (NY, CA, TX, FL), ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Administer HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now) for payroll processing, benefits management, and employee data maintenance
- Assist in benefits administration and served as primary point of contact for all employee inquiries
- Assist in conducting employee relations investigations and handled sensitive personnel matters with discretion
- Work with union contracts and ensure compliance
- Monitor compliance requirements, including mandatory training programs and EEO.
- Process and manage worker compensation, disability, PFL, and FMLA claims
- Reconcile vendor invoices and process payments.
- Manage the paid time off system - five distinct accrual policies
