Job Summary / Company : Sparks Group has partnered with a leading Aviation Company in search of a detail-oriented and data-driven Spare Parts Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customer satisfaction by coordinating responses to customer inquiries. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build experience in customer support, logistics, or supply chain coordination. Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and respond to customer inquiries related to spare parts and delivery timelines.
• Facilitate issue resolution for delivery problems, ensuring timely communication and action.
• Collect, process, and manage data from suppliers and / or customers regarding spare parts provisioning and service requirements.
• Enter, track, and monitor customer orders, delivery schedules, and returns using internal systems.
• Support cross-functional teams in managing spare parts logistics and inventory processes.
• Analyze and manipulate data using Excel and other tools to support reporting and decision-making.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers via written and verbal communication
