Vantor is seeking a strategic and analytical Sr. Financial & Pricing Analyst to play a key role in financial planning, pricing, and decision support across our suite of products and services that deliver geospatial intelligence. This role supports both financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and government-facing pricing operations directly impacting our fiscal performance and competitive positioning. This position will be responsible for delivering value-added business analysis as well as defining and reporting meaningful financial and operational metrics that lead to insightful, accurate business decisions.

As a vital member of the US Government Segment Finance team, you will drive business insights and pricing strategies that influence new pursuits, pricing submissions, and long-term financial decisions.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and tracking of annual budgets and monthly revenue / cash / expense forecasts, continually enhancing accuracy through variance analysis.
• Provide robust financial modeling and strategic insight in support of driving financial growth
• Support internal and external reporting efforts, including executive and Board / PE reports.
• Enhance financial systems and processes, implementing best practices to maximize efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and analyze cost estimatesincluding labor, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and servicesto support competitive business pursuits.
• Build and refine pricing models consistent with RFP requirements, internal standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with proposal teams and subcontractors to ensure cohesive and compliant pricing submissions.
• Provide direct support to the development and presentation of pricing strategies, business cases, profitability analyses, and financial models for existing and new business opportunities to mitigate any potential risks to the company.
• Evaluate and enhance systems and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making capabilities.
• Exhibit flexibility in taking on new responsibilities and ad hoc projects to meet evolving business needs.

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.

The base pay for this position within Colorado is : $97,000.00 - $161,000.00 annually. The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is : $107,000.00 - $178,000.00 annually.

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
