Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of development and implementation experience with Genesys contact center solutions (On-premise and Cloud).
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Genesys software and hardware components.
- Strong experience with Genesys Framework, including IVR development, scripting, routing strategy, and reporting.
- Proficiency with programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript.
- Experience coordinating with tech partners and product vendors.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with NICE, Virtual Hold, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure).Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with Genesys Cloud implementation and application rehost.Day-to-Day Responsibilities
