Max and Helen’s is hiring Servers!

From Phil Rosenthal of Somebody Feed Phil and James Beard Award–winning Chef Nancy Silverton of the Mozza Restaurant Group comes Larchmont Village’s first classic neighborhood diner — Max and Helen’s. A modern take on the old-school American diner, we’ll serve the comforting favorites you know and love, from matzoh ball soup and patty melts to breakfast plates, house-baked treats, and malted milkshakes.

We’re building a passionate, thoughtful, and energetic opening team and are currently hiring Servers.

What we’re looking for:

• People with genuine warmth and a true love for hospitality

• A sense of humor, hustle, and strong teamwork

• A natural ability to read the room and deliver both relaxed diner comfort and elevated service

• Clear communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset

• A desire to build community and be part of something special from the ground up

Details:

• Full-time and part-time positions available

• Store hours: 8am–8pm daily (weekend availability required)

• Prior serving experience (2+ years) is a plus, but we’re open to training the right candidates

• This is a hands-on, team-driven environment — servers are expected to support one another and contribute to a smooth, welcoming dining experience
