Lead Caregiver

to join our caring and supportive team in Chandler and surrounding areas.

What You'll Do :

Provide hands-on care and support to seniors

Lead and support a team of caregivers

Help with training, scheduling, and team coordination

Communicate with families and healthcare providers

Keep clear and accurate care records

Create a positive and respectful work environment

What You Need : 2+ years

experience in caregiving or a related field

CNA or HHA certification preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature

Flexible availability (including weekends / holidays)

Pass a background check

Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation

Basic admin / computer skills

Willing to travel within Maricopa County
