Complaint Specialist
As a Complaint Specialist, you will display technical understanding and ability to analyze complaints. You will be responsible for processing complaints in a timely manner in accordance with established procedures and applicable laws / regulations. You will conduct complaint analysis and gather data to support investigations of non-conformances.

Pay and Benefits :
