Job descriptionUnderstand and validate a full range of mandatory corporate action events Perform end-to-end processing of corporate actions including : ? Event setup ? Validation ? Client elections ? Payment processing ? Reconciliation Handle inquiries from internal departments, trading desks, and business units Coordinate with external data providers, counterparties, and third-party services Support Proxy Votes, Class Actions, Dividends, Mandatory and Voluntary events Identify and implement process and system improvements Participate in testing new systems or processes Learn complex procedures through training and self-directed learning Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharingTop of Form
Job Title : Corporate Actions Analyst
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree (4-year college degree required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret complex data and reference materials
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write technical documents, business specifications, test plans, and scripts
- Experience with Power BI, PathUI, or Alteryx is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable interacting across multiple departments and teams
- Sound judgment and ability to work through complex procedures
