The departments operate on a 24-hour, 7-day a week schedule and are the first point of contact for external and internal inbound callers. Shift : 7am - 3 : 30pm with rotating weekend commitment

Experience :

Minimum of three years of experience in telecommunications environment required; additional three years of experience in supervision / management preferred.

Education :

High School Diploma required; Associates degree in business, healthcare and / or management field preferred.

Licensures / Certifications :

Acquire and maintain the APCO Public Safety Telecommunicator 1 (PST-1) certification; APCO, or similar, Supervisor certification and / or communications training officer (CTO) certification preferred or completed within the first six months in this position
