Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs, and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Support patients with mobility devices, transfers, and exercises.
• Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
• Assist nursing staff in ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment.
