Responsibilities Home health setting serving a territory up to a 60-mile radius from the office Geriatric patient population with an average daily caseload of 5-7 patients Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM No on-call responsibilities required Uses Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system with required prior experience Requires timely communication and documentation using provided iPad Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate Local candidates accepted at travel pay rate Responsible for caring for geriatric patients in their homes within assigned territory Scrubs required (any color, no jeans permitted) First-time travelers are accepted Must submit all requested time off with initial application Must not have been a permanent employee within the past 6 months unless approved by HR Each member of travel pairs will have an individual territory and must provide their own transportation Requirements Active WI or compact RN license in hand Minimum of 1 year recent home health RN experience required OASIS experience required Proficiency in HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR required Current BLS certification required Valid driver’s license and personal transportation required Completion of Hospice / Home Health Checklist required Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-628858.
