This is an amazing opportunity as a Building Servicer Labor Grade S1. The 2nd shift, 3 : 30pm - 11 : 30pm. Position reports to : Curtis Moulton.
What You Will Do :
- Cleaning of bathrooms, office areas, and public areas.
- Scheduled routine cleaning and use of SAP.
- Recycle and waste route coverage.
- Clean up oil and water spills.
- Small painting and organization projects.
- Knowledge on waxing and polishing floors.
- Order necessary materials (use of Bruckner crib system).
- Apply the principals of industrial safety.
- Manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Must be flexible around shifts for coverage and training, including overtime.
- Must be able to obtain an Industrial Vehicle license to perform related job duties.
- Must be able to occasionally work from heights of 20 feet or more.
- Existing eligible and qualified North Berwick site employees will be given primary consideration for this position.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
