This is an amazing opportunity as a Building Servicer Labor Grade S1. The 2nd shift, 3 : 30pm - 11 : 30pm. Position reports to : Curtis Moulton.

What You Will Do :

  • Cleaning of bathrooms, office areas, and public areas.
  • Scheduled routine cleaning and use of SAP.
  • Recycle and waste route coverage.
  • Clean up oil and water spills.
  • Small painting and organization projects.
  • Knowledge on waxing and polishing floors.
  • Order necessary materials (use of Bruckner crib system).
  • Apply the principals of industrial safety.
  • Manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Must be flexible around shifts for coverage and training, including overtime.
  • Must be able to obtain an Industrial Vehicle license to perform related job duties.
  • Must be able to occasionally work from heights of 20 feet or more.
  • Existing eligible and qualified North Berwick site employees will be given primary consideration for this position.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

  • High School or GED.

  • Experience with industrial vehicles.

    • This role is : Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
