We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Safety Manager to champion health and safety initiatives across multiple construction and solar project sites. In this key leadership role, you’ll promote a strong culture of safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement best practices that protect both people and projects.

Key Responsibilities of the Construction Safety Manager :
Conduct thorough jobsite safety inspections for both construction and solar installation projects.
Lead Toolbox Talks and safety meetings tailored to site-specific conditions and hazards.
Participate in weekly planning meetings to assess upcoming safety needs and resource allocation.
Deliver new hire safety orientations and maintain accurate documentation.
Oversee vehicle and trailer registration and insurance compliance.
Maintain safety logs, calibration schedules, and inspection records.
Train teams on confined space entry, fall protection, and PPE standards.
Develop and update Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and Emergency Response Plans.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and other regulatory standards.
Collaborate with HR on workers’ compensation, incident reporting, and insurance claims.
Provide coaching and leadership to strengthen accountability and open communication around safety.
Represent the company during OSHA, DEM, Fire Department, and regulatory inspections.
Qualifications of the Construction Safety Manager :
4+ years of experience in safety management within construction or renewable energy environments.
Proven ability to perform audits, develop safety plans, and lead effective training sessions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to navigate challenging conversations.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple active job sites simultaneously.
Strong sense of urgency and ownership, with a passion for maintaining safe, compliant worksites.
Proficient knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and other relevant safety standards.
