Utility Customer Service Representative

Starting Salary : $17.59 per hour.

Work Hours : 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm, Monday-Friday.

The Utility Customer Services department processes payments, responds to questions or concerns regarding utility services provided for electric, water, sewer, solid waste collection and drainage.

The job :

• Full time phone representative, answering incoming calls for Edmond Utility Customers in a call center environment.
• Work with customers setting up services, providing information on accounts, and troubleshoot / investigate customer inquiries.
• Perform billing functions and quoting deposits.
• Work with field representatives to coordinate service requests.
• Utilize computer systems with heavy data entry.
