Description
The Creative Producer plays a key role in transforming ideas into impactful, real-world experiences by balancing creativity with organization and execution. This role manages project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while fostering collaboration across creative, production, and technical teams. Acting as the primary creative liaison for clients and external partners, the Creative Producer ensures goals and feedback are translated into actionable direction that inspires the team and drives projects forward. From shaping workflows to guiding vendor contributions, they keep milestones on track, resources aligned, and the creative vision at the center of every decision. With a blend of problem-solving, communication, and creative insight, the Creative Producer ensures every project is delivered with craft, quality, and clarity.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Project & Timeline Management
- Maintain and update project trackers, timelines, and schedules to support the delivery of creative assets on time
- Flag potential roadblocks early and recommend possible solutions, ensuring issues are raised to leadership for resolution
- Capture notes and action items from creative-focused meetings, sharing clear next steps with the team to keep momentum
- Work alongside the Executive Creative Producer (ECP) to advance initiatives, contributing organizational support and helping shape ideas into executable experiences
Team & Internal Collaboration
Collaborate with Design Directors and Creative Directors to allocate resources effectively, taking ownership of day-to-day tracking while aligning with leadership on broader prioritiesDrive clear communication between creative, production, and creative technology teams, ensuring information flows smoothly and project needs are understood across departmentsChampion the use of tools and workflows that improve collaboration, helping the team adopt and apply them consistently on projectsTranslate client goals and project guidelines into actionable steps alongside creative leads, ensuring the team’s output delivers meaningful resultsAct as a connector across Creative, Production, and Creative Technology, aligning resources and priorities within projects and escalating challenges when necessaryClient & Vendor Management
Act as a day-to-day creative point of contact for clients on assigned projects, building trust through clear communication and reliable follow-throughTranslate client goals and feedback into actionable direction for the team, ensuring alignment with project guidelines and creative objectivesWork directly with external partners, from print and content vendors to production crews. All by coordinating estimates, timelines, and on-site support to keep deliverables on track.Oversee partner contributions to confirm deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met, escalating issues to leadership when risks ariseBudget & Resource Oversight
Manage and track creative deliverables within approved budget parameters, balancing quality expectations with financial responsibility at the project levelCollaborate with production and operations teams to align resources, helping ensure the right people, tools, and vendors are in place for successful executionMonitor budgets throughout the project lifecycle and flag potential risks or overages early, partnering with stakeholders to recommend options and keep projects on trackMaintain transparency by sharing clear budget updates with teams and leadership, ensuring alignment and confidence in project progressQualities
3+ years of experience in creative production at an experiential agency / design teamStrong understanding of creative workflows and collaboration across design, production, and technical teamsProven ability to manage project trackers, schedules, and deliverables to meet deadlines and milestonesSkilled at leading meetings and translating discussions into clear, actionable next stepsExperienced in partnering with external vendors (print, content, production) and managing estimates, timelines, and on-site executionExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, internal teams, and external partnersAdept at bridging communication across disciplines to create alignment and shared understandingHighly organized with sharp attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving skillsProactive in identifying risks, anticipating challenges, and offering creative solutionsProficient in project management and collaboration toolsPassion for shaping big-picture ideas into immersive, real-world experiencesBalances creativity with operational excellence, ensuring work is visionary and executableBrings energy, adaptability, and curiosity that inspires teams and elevates outcomesPosition Details
Full TimeSalary ExemptSalary range from $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 annuallyLocated in East Los Angeles, CAWork is hybrid, Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pmMust be able to travel to project activations both domestically and internationally
