We’re an early-stage insurance startup in California building out our commercial insurance operation. We’re looking to partner with experienced, independent, licensed Property & Casualty Broker-Agents who can act as the broker of record on accounts while sharing their expertise and helping guide our team through the quoting and binding process.
You’ll handle all licensed insurance activities, from submitting to carriers through binding policies. Our team will support you on the administrative side—gathering client information, organizing documents, preparing forms, and scheduling calls—while we observe the full process to gain experience as we complete our own licensing.
This isn’t a prospecting role. You bring your licensing expertise and real-world experience, and we’ll bring you pre-qualified leads and operational support.
