Responsibilities :

• Coordinate outpatient services and programs, ensuring all scheduling and registration steps are completed efficiently.
• Collect and verify patients' financial responsibility, including insurance coverage and payment details.
• Provide clerical support, including maintaining accurate files and documentation.
• Update patient status changes in the computer system to ensure accurate records.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to manage routine tasks effectively.
• Assist patients with scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries regarding medical coverage.
• Ensure compliance with organizational requirements, including vaccination policies and E-Verify.
• Support the team in delivering exceptional care across various medical and outpatient services.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient access and service delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial and patient information.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; associate's degree or relevant experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with scheduling procedures and patient registration systems.
• Strong clerical skills, including file maintenance and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of financial data collection processes and medical coverage policies.
• Ability to work within established guidelines and adapt to routine instructions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to assist patients effectively.
• Commitment to organizational policies, including vaccination requirements and E-Verify compliance.
• Prior experience in healthcare or outpatient services is desirable.
