You’re the Hotel Sales Expert!
Serve as the authority on sales processes, contracts, sales platforms and liaison for hotel’s ultimate successDeploy an "Everybody Sells" strategy for collaboration with all hotel departmentsAchieve market share and revenue goals by owning the hotel goals within all market segments.Exemplify excellent written and oral communication skills with all stakeholders, including ownership and operational partnersCollaborate with the General Manager in the development and implementation of business strategies for the hotel which are aligned with the hotel’s market share goalsManage sales / hotel team and their job duties, delegation, and training where applicableCreate 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitalityResponsibilities
Sales initiatives, managing RFPs, generating new leads, and providing clear, strong and creative negotiation and accommodation for current and potential client requests while also delegating appropriate tasks and responsibilities to direct reports to generate greatest efficiencies.Conduct market research and analysis to align with industry trends and opportunities for soliciting business and maintaining client loyalty for future bookings.Attend networking events, participate in community involvement opportunities, and serve as a strong presence for hotel service and brand advocacy.Requirements
High School Diploma Required, bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum 5 years sales management experience within hotel industryGeneral Knowledge of contract lawsAbility to interpret and implement strategies based on reviews of STR, TravelClick / Kalibri Labs, GDS Audits, Online booking tools and other similar sales toolsAbility to occasionally travelRequired to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of timeLift, carry, or otherwise move and use of force up to 50 lbs.Use of manual dexterity of common office equipment such as but not limited to, computers, printers, phones, etc.Skills
Experience managing owner relationsAble to resolve conflicts; guest, supervisor and employeeAble to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and manager to ensure and environment of teamworkKnowledge of hotel of hotel operations including; preparations of business plans, budget forecasting, quality assurance program, hospitality law, and long-range planningSeniority Level
